MODELLING DEMOGRAPHIC TRENDS

We can implement a system for modelling and predicting demographic trends

We provide the implementation of a system for modelling demographic trends. The system contains a set of applications, libraries and support tools enabling the preparation, simulation, and processing of the results of future developments in population, jobs, construction, real estate demand, and transport as well as their interaction effects.

This system can be applied to test the impact of plans proposed by authorities at the level of local governments and higher territorial units with the following aims:

  • improving transport infrastructure
  • creating new construction zones
  • reducing local taxes and administrative fees
  • building education and health infrastructure, etc.

Electronic Document Management System (DMS)

Document management consists of unified rules that define the way documents are being processed in an organisation, plus an information system that effectively supports those rules. Once the system is in place, you will have full control over the management and security of your data.

The Enterprise Agenda Platform (EAP) is an electronic document management tool that natively facilitates the creation, storage, commenting, versioning, publishing, and backup of electronic documents (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, .pdf, etc.), including their metadata (e.g. date of creation, date of last change, approval by initials, list of commenters, etc.) in one place.

The solution is a complex document management system based on procedural processing of the customer’s agenda in an electronic and transparent manner, compliant with the legislation of the Slovak Republic. It utilises and further extends the possibilities of a pre-existing electronic filing solution or other agenda systems. If needed, these components can also be interlinked to strengthen the synergy of the client’s platform. The system can be deployed as an on-premise solution, or integrated into government or commercial cloud solutions.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT

The Slovak Republic is facing growing threats that have not existed on our territory in the past. These include environmental threats linked to climate change, in particular flooding, torrential rains, windstorms, and extreme temperatures. However, they also involve an increased risk of international terrorism, risks associated with mass migration, as well as other natural and anthropogenic hazards. The task of state administration authorities, regional governments and private entities is to address these risks and to effectively conduct planning and risk management, i.e. to ensure the protection of public health and safety, including property and the environment.
Information, technological and communication support at national, regional and local level plays an integral role in addressing complex crisis management issues. In collaboration with our technology partner FREQUENTIS Solutions, we provide a solution for supporting the entire lifecycle of incident management (IcM), from threat identification, mitigation and response planning, to incident response management and evaluation. The solution enables modelling and visualising of individual threats on a base map, plus planning and managing activities and communication of intervention units. It can also be used to create an environment for effective cooperation with the private sector, e.g. in providing specialised machinery and materials. This mitigates negative impacts on the population, critical national infrastructure and key economic actors.
